I’ve been seeing Dr. Paulk for 14 hrs now. He’s the greatest doctor in Dothan, in my opinion. I’ve never had a problem he didn’t fix or help. He’s always been polite. Sorry to know he’s retiring in June of this year. Going to miss him so much! ?? much love to you, Dr.Paulk- Sincerly , Felicia Elmore

Dr Paulk is horrible, can't remember what he's doing for why he does anything, never happened before but this time was a night mare, he came in the room with only a computer and folder that had only the paper I just filled out, he did NOT even try to look on his computer.. (new to it? IDK) anyway my file is over 4 '' thick, I am a disabled worker, I need screws in my back and have problems with me hip and feet, also issues with my hands that he has the copies of CIT/MRI and so on from specialist
