Is he even a trained physician?
Came in for a well visit, it took two hours to 'find' my chart (I won't completely blame him for a practice issue; btw they are similarly terrible). He reduced prescriptions I had been on for years without notification or rationale, was dismissive and condescending regarding standard nutritional supplementation, and then billed several ADDITIONAL codes for about an 8m, simple regular clinic visit for the first time with no major or complex issues. I question this 'doctor's' medical knowledge AND desire to bill codes that were not warranted...what a scam!

Paying for nothing should not be allowed
I hit my elbow during a hike. I put on ice, wore a sling, and went to the doctor. He said I needed x-rays (really?) without touching me. I asked for a diagnosis since I could move my arm without pain and only had issues with maximum flexion or extension. Nothing. X-rays. He gave me a number to call and left. The 'visit' lasted 9 minutes. I called the number, said I might have a fracture, and after 15 minutes of giving my info, learned the first appointment was in 3 weeks. I asked why they didn’t say earlier; they blamed me for not asking. A fracture needs checking within a day! I emailed my doctor about the terrible referral; he thanked me for the info, but that's it. I solved it alone—found an orthopedic and x-ray place. Everything went fine. I emailed him to have at least a word about my X-rays, he did not even reply. Later, I found a $255 bill for 9 minutes of nothing with Dr. Okorie. Is this legal in the US?
