Dr. Charles Obioha, MD

Terrible staff in the office, especially Ms. Obioha who is Admin of the office. She is rude, unprofessional, mean person, who is unwilling to help or accommodate patients. Absolutely avoid this office as you might have a terrible experience there too.

This is terrible office. The doctor Obioha has his wife as administrator - Ms. Obioha, who is absolutely terrible - she is unable to talk or help people. My son was in pain and bleeding and after seeing this doctor he asked for a few days at home to be able to treat himself. This office refused to give the paper to my son, even though his work would not allow him to be able to do what is needed for his current condition. The Ms. Obioha is extremely rude, terrible communicator and terrible person in general. I would not want anybody else had such a terrible experience in this awful office.

Stay away! Got prescribed several medications that the pharmacist was surprised. Their billing department and staff are rude and unprofessional. Be aware of the charges! They will state that you are covered and only charge you the copay, after years they will send you a bill for the full procedure. Don’t bother contacting them because they will ignore and send you to collections.

Dr. Obioha is the BEST. He is kind and thorough. I had an upper endoscopy and a follow up video visit with him and 10/10 I recommend him!

My experience was positive. I needed a colonoscopy and it was professionally done by the doctor and his staff. Good to note that there were no negative findings.
