Good Experience
Dr. Moore was very thorough in his examination of my autistic son. He listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He is very knowledgeable and explained his findings and thoughts to us in a way we could both understand.

Doesn't care about his patients. Would spend the least amount of time as possible with you. Said I wasn't old enough to have the symptoms I was having. When I asked to switch doctor's with another in that office they told me I was not allowed to.

Condescending, uncaring, and unhelpful
On my second visit there, he walked in the room and asked me what I was doing there. Told me that despite my positive ANA and symptoms that it wasn’t autoimmune. I said there are over 150 autoimmune disorders and he said well it’s not one of my diseases. I walked out mid-appointment and cried in my car for an hour. The company he works for Norton Healthcare did absolutely nothing when I tried to file a complaint. They wouldn’t call me back or anything.

I found Dr Moore condescending, he did a very limited physical exam for a new patient referral, spent less than 20 minutes on a new patient visit and in second visit, I really don’t think he remembered that he had seen me once before, about 6 weeks earlier nor did he have my medical record to refer to as he contradicted himself on several things he had previously told me. After second visit, I had no confidence in his ability to diagnose me correctly let alone treat me for a chronic auto immune condition. Sought a second opinion and had such a tremendously better experience, it made me realize even more, that I had made the right choice not to continue it with Dr. Moore. Ps I am a retired health care professional and hate to be negative re a physician but I felt it necessary to share my experience

Doc spent little time in the room and was not thorough in diagnosis. When I started to have more severe symptoms, he was very dismissive of myself and my doctor. I would not recommend, as he doesn’t taking worsening symptoms with a chronic disease seriously.

Very condescending. Would not matter if I had a thousand visible symptoms. Relied on tests. Does not even look at you from moment he enters the room. Seems as if he hates his job. Definitely bothered that you come and waste his precious time by asking him to treat you. Don’t waste your time!!!

This Dr is uneducated in Chiari and EDS. No he is not a NS or a geneticist but in his line of work he needs to have knowledge of these conditions so he is not misdiagnosing patients. Labeling them with a blanket term. Mean while the patients health continues to deteriorate.
