Dr. Charles Moore II, MD

I'll be avoiding this practice at all costs. I found the staff rude and dismissive and Dr. Moore to be simultaneously pompous while also aloof. It took me numerous calls to reach them to address a simple billing error. When I finally connected after receiving no call backs or action, I found the clerk's tone hostile and overly defensive, rebutting the simple directions the lab told me they needed to correct to fix the error. Upon conclusion of my first visit, two follow up consultations were suggested without explanation. When I asked why he suggested them, he claimed he could only go over basic blood test results in person and didn't address the second suggested follow up visit. I've never had a doc try to bill me for that before. It felt to me like he was trying to collect a few extra bills for a routine physical. Baltimore has a lot of great medical professionals and you deserve to find one that treats you better than I was at Dr. Moore's clinic.
