Dr. Miller is the BEST! He is so incredibly good at what he does & I have full trust in him and his process. Putting our trust in Dr. Miller resulted in our son, who is absolutely perfect! He is incredibly busy but his staff are like a well oiled machine and I was always able to get in & out for my appointments so that it never interfered with me getting to work on time while undergoing fertility tests and IVF. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.

GREAT surgeon, not so great clinician
Dr Miller practices “experience-based medicine” instead of evidence-based medicine. He is a VERY skilled surgeon for septum resections, endometriosis, etc but I would not recommend proceeding with IVF with him. His clinical practice is very outdated. Go to him for surgery, but find a different REI.

The miracle worker!
The best of the best. Nothing more to say! He is so caring and knowledgeable. His office is always busy, but it's for a reason. I completely trusted him and his expertise. He has a gift and that helped fix my secondary infertility issues that helped get me my miracle baby. He got to the root my issues when nobody else had answers. He did corrective surgery and discussed our options in follow up appointments. I was blessed to get pregnant waiting to start IVF. It would have never happened without him. He also has compassionate staff. I stayed with him until 9 weeks and had weekly blood work/ultrasounds. Each nurse and tech were wonderful and accommodating. They were kind and patient whenever issues came up. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone!

It’s hard to even know where to start. Dr. Miller is nothing short of an absolute genius. My husband and I started elsewhere for our fertility journey to save time in the car (Dr. Miller’s office was about 20 minutes further from our home) and what a mistake that was. We wasted a year and a half at another fertility clinic before my husband encouraged me to schedule a consult with Dr. Miller. From the first moment of our meeting, I was at ease and confident in his approach and his bedside manner. He clearly had read our (hefty) chart and identified four things that medically had not been investigated at our previous clinic. He suggested some further testing, and we got in within a couple of weeks. As an aside, all testing and procedures were completed by Dr. Miller himself, which was a far cry from my previous clinic, where each procedure was completed by someone I didn’t know who barely introduced themselves. Everything Dr. Miller suspected was confirmed by testing, and for each ident

This will be the 26th 1 star review for Dr Miller on this website. That means something. After months of leaving messages in voicemails, unclear communication, delays in paperwork, pulling teeth to get to talk to someone, we decided to move on and continue with another doctor. Not surprisingly, Dr Miller's office is now choosing to delay our medical records as much as possible, which will make us miss a clomid cycle. These are electronic medical records, it takes minutes to share, it is not necessary to wait 30 days, it has real life consequences.

Dr Miller is an expert in his field. He is a great doctor! Despite some negative reviews, we chose him and we trusted him completely. He is straight to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat. It took a year for us to get pregnant ( unsuccessful first attempt). Long way, but we did it! You just have to listen to the doctor, trust him, and follow the directions!

Arrogant. Not Compassionate. Poor Manner. Lousy Care. We saw Dr Miller while trying to get pregnant. He was disconnected with us as a couple and had the lousiest bedside manner of any physician I’ve seen. He has some success and some is all he needs it seems. Embryos were left in the pipette when he did the transfer. None of them took. He couldn’t have cared less. It’s a mill. Horrible person and careless. Avoid this person. He’s arrogant about the money and forgets he’s dealing with many human lives! We recently had a lovely baby girl. Found a new clinic. Received actual care. Don’t bother. I promise there are better out there.

Dr. Miller was amazing in helping us finally have 2 healthy children. We love him and would recommend him to anyone. He helped us quickly and his staff kept on top of everything. We always laughed about the classic music station that was playing during our embryo transfers....he helped us to find new meaning to the song, "Let It Be" Thank you, Dr. Miller and Team!

IT TOOK 5 MONTHS TO START OUR IVF CYCLE WITH DR. MILLER. And while my egg count deteriorated, I ended up with not even 1 fertilized egg under his protocol. (The next Dr. - I had 5 fertilized eggs first try. And no 5 month wait. She started my cycle right away.) I am an older - albeit healthy - patient who didn’t have this time to waste. His office is incompetent. They don't pick up the phone, you're lucky to get a call back, inaccurate info - incl. meds, poor communication, last minute surgery cancel due to nurse's mistake. Dr. M is arrogant and non-caring. And was consistently demanding a myriad of tests most Dr.'s wouldn't have. This 5 month period was exhausting and extremely stressful. Unfortunately, after half a year was lost, my egg count progressively dropped the last several cycles until I couldn’t produce any more than 1 or 2 eggs. I strongly believe if we wouldn’t have wasted 5 months with Dr. Miller, we may have had a baby in our arms instead of bad memories and regret.

This was the most awful experience ever, after we went to this clinic with hope, there was not patience form stuff at all, doctor was nice, knowledgeable. Maybe because that he looks trusting we have decided to do IVF with this clinic. We planned that for at least few months we will start the process, but no!Unlimited type of testing, in other clinics it takes for about 1-2 months, in this clinic it took about 6 months, nurse was so rude, they always was asking you additional records without any explanation what they exactly need, never answering phone calls. You could leave multiple messages, with no luck that they will be patient to call you back. So unprofessional, so rude stuff. I was only crying after I spoke with them, so stressed out with this clinic. So we went to another clinic, everything went so smoothly, where everyone so nice and friendly, ready to answer all of your questions and help. I think this is the main thing when stuff is patient, when you looking for IVF clinic

Complete chaos! Yes, the doctor was 2 hours late for the consultation which took 5 minutes. Getting anything done was like pulling teeth. Despite the fact I stressed I was not interested in donor eggs he waited 4 months to tell me (43.5 yrs old!) he will not try to harvest mine, based on nothing but labs he had on day 1. Now 2 months past that my full records are still not transferred to the practice willing to treat me. 6 lost months. So grotesque, it would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.

If I can give zero stars I would. Stay away from this clinic, incredibly unorganized staff that doesn’t pay attention to any treatment detail. I don’t understand how Dr Miller runs this office or finds it acceptable for his nurses to be so awful.you can call and leave numerous voice mails for the nurses and hope you get a return call within 10 days. Nurses don’t pay attention, wrong amount of drugs in instructions, wrong protocol, doesn’t read notes from Dr....Waste of time and money.

Please save your money, time Ana heartaches. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The front desk, nurses and staff are rude, unhappy and unprofessional. The turnover was apparent when we worked with Dr. Miller for over a year with no success and no answers. I would wait at least 30 minutes to an hour and 1/2 of more for each appointment. I would constantly have to double check my medications and dosages because there were frequent errors and I just had enough. Do not go here!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor in my life. I cannot believe I let him do surgery on me. He is ALWAYS behind and had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes past my appt time each time. The staff are very rude also. Me and my sister witnessed him scold his nurse in the hallway and she even came in and said he just yelled at her. I can't wait to get my records transferred and see someone who is sane because this man has lost his mind. How are they even aloud to be a practice

Crooks! Unprofessional! No bedside manner! Uninformed throughout the whole process and insincere staff! The real goal of this place is to rake in the money. Can I give 0 stars?!?!? The nurses are rude, rush you, don’t know your history when they call you, contradict what they say from one day to the next, send messages at end of day with instructions in abbreviations and don’t explain the abbreviations, etc. And you never see the doctor. I wish I could write more - so much bad to say!
