Dr. Charles Medlock, MD

This is my first child and it was very hard not being able to have my mother there because of Covid-19 rules but I was comfortable the entire time and I felt so cared for, as well as my new baby and every staff member I came into contact with helped calm my nerves. Dr. Medlock and his staff are beyond amazing and were so good to me during my pregnancy and my labor and delivery couldn’t have gone any better!

The best doctor i have ever met. His staff can be a little rude at times but he saved my babies life by listening and trusting that i knew something was wrong. I will be seeing him again with my next pregnancy.

Dr Medlock and his staff are amazing. They are so caring and helped make a stressful time in my life much easier. I was 32 weeks pregnant with my second baby when my current OB/GYN left all of his patients high and dry December 2016. I was high risk and no other doctor would help me. Dr Medlock picked me up as a patient and got me in ASAP. I only saw him for 5 weeks before I had to have an emergency induction. He delivered my daughter that night. My recovery was substantially easier than my first with the other doctor. He has great bedside manor and spent time with me and my husband in the hospital. He is very easy to get along with. Definitely a top notch doctor. He and his staff sincerely care about their patients.

He is literally the worse doctor I have ever went to . His staff is rude and all he cares about is how many patients he can see in a day. I waiting 3 and half hours for an ultrasound

He is a rare gem: this doctor listens! And he is knowledgeable about unique issues. AND I couldn't imagine a better doctor to handle emergency cesareans, of which I have had two. He is so patient, encouraging and his demeanor helps you trust him to get you and your little one through, even at 32 wks. I got him by accident for my first emergency cesarean. The second was somewhat anticipated, at least we knew it was possible, and I wouldn't have wanted any other doctor to walk that journey with me

At first I thought Dr. Medlock was a great dr until it came time for delivery. He left right after for vacation. Baby and I was left with high fevers from him breaking my membranes, he later botched my sons circumcision. This dr has a horrible bed side manner, lacks in the willingness to listen to his patients, and is only in it for the paycheck.

Dr. Medlock delivered both of my babies and was so amazing both times. He took the time I needed to make sure everything was going well and made sure to communicate with all my other specialists since I was high risk both times. He made sure I was always comfortable before, after and during delivery. He also made sure that I used the best judgement for the safety of my unborn child and I during both pregnancies by looking at all sides of my delivery plans.

Lack of care for patients, rude, doesn't even look at you when he speaks to you, and shows little interest in your health. He is definitely a doctor that just wants to get you in and out to get paid.

Dr Medlock delivered my baby and I wouldn't change anything about the experience! He treated me so well from the day I had my first pregnancy appointment up until he delivered my son. 10/10 would recommend in a heart beat. I wouldn't trust anyone else after the fantastic service he provided for us.

Excellent doctor. He goes the extra mile for his patients and the babies he delivers. I will go back to him if I get pregnant again. One word of advice, try to schedule appointments at non peak times. Pace office is usually less busy than Pensacola based on experience.

We loved Dr Medlock, he delivered my daughter and has great bed side manners. He's easy going and always answers all my questions. We've returned to him and he's going to be delivering our triplets this spring.

Dr. Medlock is amazing, unfortunately for him he has a lazy support staff who drags their feet returning clearance forms for new mothers resulting in being terminated from jobs!
