Dr. Charles Livoti, DO

When I moved I was looking for a doctor and got to meet Dr Livoti. My nephew who was a PA told us to go to him because he was a great doctor. After going to him he listened to all my problems and did not rush the time that I was in the office. He lets the patients leave with a smile on their face. When I was not feeling well he prescribed the right medicine for me and gave me a hug before I left the office to show he cared for my well being. He will be missed. Good luck on your new job.

I liked Dr. Livoti. Good listener, treats the whole patient. My concerns were his staff - not a good match for practice. I was given script for bloodwork, went to new lab at 9 AM. 3 diagnostic codes not written on script. Livoti's staff didn't answer phones until 10:45 AM. I was fasting 18 hours. Livoti staff was bothered she had to walk downstairs to get codes, asked me to leave lab, instead. I waited til 1145 for codes & left lab 1145 AM with no testing done. He's no longer my doctor.

Excellent Doctor....takes care of business with ease and yet is friendly and fun. Never feel rushed and he is very professional as is the entire staff.

Dr. Livoti was my daughter's doctor for many years, unfortunately this office is no longer a private practice & is part of catholic health services. His beside manor is good but he did prescribe opiates for my daughter's back pain which led her to abuse drugs. Another patients spouse complained about him giving too many meds, right after a sign was put up in the office saying they would not prescribe pain meds anymore. The office staff can be difficult to get thru. I am leaving the practice.

I have been going to Dr Livoti for 15 years. He is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever known. The only way I leave him is when I die. His staff are very friendly and helpful. I have waited anywhere from no waiting and up to one hour; that's OK because he takes emergency patients. He actually listens and does not rush you

Great dr out going listens to your problems

Dr.was pleasant,& thorough when I saw him as a new patient. Unfortunately, you have to go through the staff & all who support him in order to see him. His staff is incompetant, rude, inappropriate & not cut out to run his office. He needs to re-vamp his staff.called several days in a row, left countless messages both on machine & to the staff never receiving a call back. I had to drive there to get what i needed then was treated rudely when i arrived. heard many complaining. NEVER going back
