Never underestimate the heart of a champion
Dr. Jones had been my husband’s surgeon for over 10 years. My husband needed multiple complex surgeries during that time complicated by paraplegia as a teenager in 1955. Dr. Jones had the skill and heart to take him on when others refused. My husband, Duke, lived to be 79 well beyond his life expectancy. Duke & I attribute much of that to Dr. Jones’ care throughout the years. Duke and I were able to witness the births of our 5 grandchildren which was priceless. I can’t thank Dr Jones enough.

Not all super heroes wear capes!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones. I would not be here today without him. I appreciate his skill, brilliance, commitment and dedication to being a Surgeon but I am also grateful for his kind and gentle manner, his honestly and attentiveness. We all want to feel heard and Dr. Jones is a good listener. He addresses all concerns, answers questions and explains things well. He is compassionate, informative and communicates well with the families of his patients and he follows up with his patients to see how they're doing. The office/support staff are equally great! I have been a patient for over 20 years. The saying 'Not all super heroes wear capes' was written for Dr. Jones!

Frustrating and Unfortunate Experience
I had an appointment today. Drove 20 minutes each way only to find out the doctor was going to be 45 minutes late. Curious why no phone call was made to make me aware of this so I wouldn't waste my time and money driving to the appointment. So frustrating doctors offices are fine doing this to a potential customer/customer, yet, if a customer is late, they are often charged an office visit for missing or cancelling the appointment? So double-standard! :( Also, the representative at the front desk was rude. Instead of asking me to put on a mask, she just dropped it on the counter in front of me. Interestingly, 3 other employees behind the desk all had theirs pulled down to their chin the majority of the time I was in the office??? So wrong! #1 If you're going to require a mask, have the professionalism to politely ask a customer to put one on. 2. If an office is STILL going to have this silly mandate, make sure the employees are following the same guidelines.

Who cares about the patient, Work Comp doesn't pay
I had to stay on them just to get them to do their job. They did not communicate with work comp. They ignored letters from work comp. I had to keep on them to get them to communicate. They refused to communicate with other Dr. Offices resulting in a lack of info regarding my condition. Additionally, the doctor acted as if he did not want to do the surgery because it was work comp. 1. Terrible communication 2. Ignoring communications 3. No call backs when messages are left 4. No communication with other Dr. Offices If you want good care, don't go to them.

He took sutures out from previous surgery that were causing extreme pain and forcing me to wear overhauls along with a hernia in January 2016. In May 2016 he removed another very touchy Hernia that has caused concealed pain. This operation took place 22 days after prostrate surgery. He is the best doctor on our planet and his attention to detail is extreme.
