Dr. Charles Hancock is EXCELLENT!
I have seen Dr. Hancock for several years. I go back to him because he is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and caring doctors I have ever dealt with in my experience with the medical field. Dr. Hancock knows what he is talking about! I would highly recommend Dr. Hancock for your orthopedic needs.

The staff at this office are the most unprofessional, unorganized, and ill mannered group of adults I have ever encountered in what is suppose to be a "medical professional" office. They blatantly lie about their work, or lack thereof, and try to blame insurance as their excuse. They work as they wish, how they wish, often times not available and never able to get anyone on the phone other than someone who can only book appointments, do not return calls. (And by this I mean you can, and probably will wait over a week for a return call if your appointments require anything more than a routine cast) They have zero concern for their patients, and will "forget" you without hesitation. They will give you the run around and pass the blame to someone else, all while the patient suffers. This included scheduling SURGERY appointments, showing up, only to be told "sorry no one called you and told you we re-scheduled it." REPEATEDLY. The Doctor even admitted they dropped the ball!

Five years later after my total hip replacement at 44 yrs old...I am now 49 and every year my life gets better because of the successful surgery that Dr. Hancock performed. I went from working a desk job bc of dehabilitating pain to outside work and out perform young men 20 yrs younger than I. Please understand that there are a lot of factors that go into long term success of a surgery...but without pain for 5 years now is more than I could ask for. Thank you again....Dr. Hancock!!!

I went to Dr. Hancock for a second opinion about needing hip replacements..He was very informative,professional,friendly.. After receiving all the information, I felt very confident in my decision in having Dr. Hancock perform both hip replacements.. They were both successful surgeries! I was up and walking without that awful hip pain! He checked on me everyday, until I was released from the hospital and is now following up with me.. I'm so grateful to Dr. Charles Hancock and his team! 5 stars

Never examined me, his physician assistant did. No choice of treatment option. Nurse was socially distant and mumbled the whole time while trying to give directions.

Treated like I was in the drive thru @ McDonald's. Office visits, less than 3 minutes per visit, with Dr. Surgery, I wish he'd never worked on my hand. Had surgery for an ailment that was not the cause of my problem.
