Complete lack of interest in addressing concerns
Dr. Hames has been largely useless in helping me move forward with my long and well documented history of GI issues. Despite telling him I've already tried the things suggested (fiber, antacids) that seems to be the only thing he can suggest. Well with how long I've been dealing with these GI issues if it were as simple as adding more fiber I wouldn't still be seeking care would I? He refuses to look into my case any further, and even told me I am 'overreacting' when it comes to my stool quality, which of course he didn't offer to even test or see for himself. Any tests I expressed interest in doing to try and get more answers he simply dismissed by saying 'It will probably come back normal.'This doctor isn't focused on solving issues. He just wants to band-aid them with antacids and a permanent low-fodmap diet.

This care provider was very cold. He seemed rushed and uninterested. He seemed like he was bothered be me being there and made me feel like a nuisance.

Dr Hames was very respectful towards my husband and I. He listened to my concerns as to how I was feeling. He gave very clear instructions to how to better care for myself at home. What to avoid as far as eating and when to stop eating in the evening. I look forward to my procedure and hopefully something that can be resolved easily.

Very, good. They discussed with me all the healthcare concerns and had no problem scheduling the procedure to get more information about my condition.
