TLDR: Gross, zero stars, do not recommend!!!
I went to Dr Green to discuss a bone lesion at my frontal sinus. He ordered a CT scan. At my follow up appt, his office denied having imaging results but i was promised a phone call. Later that day a radiology office calls to schedule a biopsy. No phone call or follow up from Dr Greens office. It gets better:For the biopsy results, I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. (It’s benign, this could have been done over then phone.) At the appt Dr Green had no idea I had had a biopsy and was there for follow up. He left to find results and returned 10 minutes later. He then gave me incorrect information and acted arrogant when i questioned him. Ex: I had been told by other doctors the tumor may need to be removed due to its location and its growth rate. Dr Green couldn’t discuss this because he still didn’t have the images he ordered. He then told me there’s no evidence my tumor is growing — while looking at imaging from 2018. Avoid.

Let Him Know You are Not for His Attitude.....
Dr. Greene is full of himself...I got the impression from him he thinks that since he went to medical school he is the only intelligent and educated person in the room., he is 100% wrong, that is his chosen profession not the profession of others. He does not listen to his patients and give explanations that do not fit the patients situation. Medicare does not apply to everyone, please learn the laws and rules before you cite them in an explanation. H calms down when he knows that the patient is not intimated by him. Take a breath and listen to the symptoms and problems a patient is explaining Ing to you. Terrible visit.

Waste of time
The first few minutes of our interaction was fine. Then he started to patronize me, and tell me the cold I had was not a cold, but rhinitis. He insisted the dark circles under my eyes were due to rhinitis, when in fact the dark circles were due to me getting 4 hours sleep that morning. My reason for even being there was cause my Neuro doc referred me for a follow up for my dizziness. The worst part of the visit was when he referred to me as “light skinneded people.” To begin with, “skinneded” is NOT a real word, and 2., I’m not even Black…why would he say this to me. Absolutely unprofessional, and this was my first and last visit.

Horrible bedside manner
On my first visit the first thing he said to me as he walked in was that I closed off because my arms were folded. He uncrossed them. He was rude, egotistical, and uncaring. He then walked me next door to show me his spa! Then he tried to have me make 4 different appointments for things I didn’t want, 3 of which I didn’t necessarily need. All he cared about was money. A year later I made an appointment with what I thought was a different doctor. I found out it was him when I went to put in directions to go to my appointment that morning . I called and canceled but didn’t tell the receptionist the truth as it’s not her fault. I said I was sick. Now I’m paying a $50 bill for not giving a 24 hour notice. It’s worth it not to have to see him again!

like of compassion
I went to this doctor because I had a stopped-up ear, and it was painful. Not sure what this doctor was doing but it felt like I was being stabbed in the ear with an ice pick. I didn't endure this kind of pain during labor with a baby. I was in tears when he finished with me. He assured me that a pain prescription would be called if for me. I left the office at 9:30am. I called the office at 11:04am & 12:20pm and I also texted at 3:04pm and again at 3:17pm. This Dr. and his office let me suffer ALL day in pain. The prescription wasn't called in until after 4pm and I didn't get the pain med until after 8pm. What kind of doctor lets his patience suffer this long. I will not be going back to him again..

The worst doctor I've ever seen.... period!
Showed up with ear and jaw pain. This guy was extremely rude, did procedures I did not need, diagnosed me with TMJ which I do NOT have, stuck a scope down my nose and told me I have allergies (duh!), and charged me $780. What I really needed was a root canal. DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER TO GET YOUR NOSE SCOPED, CUZ IF YOU DO, HE WILL DO IT, EVEN IF YOU DON'T NEED IT!

Bad Attitude!
Dr. Greene is rude and downright obnoxious. When I questioned the need for another allergy test, Dr. Greene accused me of playing a game. He asked if I wanted to bet on the results of a new allergy test. He also said I was funny and informed me that this wasn't CSI during my attempt to explain my medical history related to my visit. It became apparent this doctor has no patience for patient input or pushback. I will not be returning for a 2nd visit.

Well dressed, polite, courteous, but uh, no.
Dr. Greene is a very nice man, however, when it comes to communication and executing patience....it's a fail for me. It's a great accomplishment to go to and complete medical school. However, don't wear it on your sleeve. I found this physician to be that kind of person. He had such a " power point presentation" that his compassion for his job was not expressed. Sometimes patience and kindness go much further than education ( although educating your patient is a given). He was very " checkbox" . In other words, he was too busy checking off a list of what to cover in the visit that he lacked in showing compassion and empathy . I am sure he's a great guy. Like I always say, you can be mechanic but it doesn't mean you know how to fix a car. Just sayin..... By the way, I am a quality improvement nurse, so with that being said, please know it's my job to make these kind of " assessments" in physicians. Dr. Greene, I'm sure you're a great MD, just take time to listen to the patient.

Don’t waste your time!
This “doctor” missed a severe ear infection with a perforated ear drum 3 weeks apart! I originally complained about the symptoms and he claimed it was a cerumen impaction and removed it. My ear got worse, started draining pus and blood and almost swelled completely closed. I had seen my primary care doctor and went to the ER- and both diagnosed otitis media and externa. He prescribed 3 days of antibiotics after I called him, crying because the pain was so severe. Three days later, after the antibiotics started to work, he looked in my ear and said there was no sign of any infection or perforation, and refused to let me finish the antibiotics. No surprise: the infection returned with a vengeance and was now resistant to that antibiotic. This is basic medicine. He said that my complaints did not match what he was seeing in my ear and offered to send me to PAIN MANAGEMENT. What?! I wasn’t even asking for pain meds! I wanted the rest of my antibiotic regimen to beat this ear infection!Dumb.

Very disappointed
I suffer from tinnitus, which got severe after the covid booster. I went to see Dr. Greene expecting a solution based on facts. I knew tinnitus had no cure, but I knew too, that adequated treatments can improve it. The only question he asked me was if I worked in a noise environment, which I don't. Not even asked for how long I was suffering from it, and cut me off when I tried to speak, he seemed in a hurry. Based on a ear scan he made a diagnose and told me he would cure my tinnitus for good, even though tinnitus has no cure. He requested appts for me, w/o even telling me what they were for. I called the office next day to know what the appts were for, to find out that 1st appt was for a hearing test and the 2nd with him himself. I provided him with a hearing test results, done with an ENT doctor, which showed I had no hearings issues, but he asked another one w/o explanation - when I heard he charged up to $7K for a hearing aid, I just cancelled those appointments.

Gave bad information to run up my bill
I went to him for treatment of vertigo. The guy I work with had it a few days before I got it. I said that I assumed that it was caused by a virus or bacteria. His co worker told me that vertigo is not acquired from a virus or bacteria and that I needed some kind of multi visit treatment. I asked to see Dr Greene personally because I believed that a virus or bacteria was involved. He assured me that a virus or bacteria wouldn't be the cause of my vertigo. I was 99% sure that his information was incorrect. I checked good sources on line and I was correct. He tried to have me do unnecessary expensive multiple visit treatments.

Avoid this Dr.
I work in Healthcare so please trust in my review.  Stay clear of this office, the staff are rude and Dr Greene is not only rude he is arrogant and couldnt care less about your health, he enjoys Co-pays, misinformation, scoping nose multiple times and billing your insurance, every meeting with him appears to be an inconvenience yet the office makes you come back again and again before they do anything to help you. Dr Greene will scope your nose every time you go and bill insurance, he will give you multiple options for treatment and not tell you that insurance doesn't cover any of them and he will make sure you visit 3 or 4 times and pay a nice little CO-pay each time. At the end you will require surgery you didn't need on visit number 1. I was told I could get a 12 minute procedure in office on my very first visit and drops for any allergies. Neither covered under insurance yet they failed to tell me this until visit number 3. They then scheduled me for a surgery and tried to get

I did not feel comfortable around Dr. Greene and he misdiagnosed me. Also told me they could figure out my allergies and "cure" with "drops" but these drops aren't even covered by insurance, why did I go through all of this and I can't afford them? Don't like the PA, very unprofessional and rushed, doesn't listen, spouts of medical mis information. Without warning she shoved a scope down my nose without any warning, lubricant, or numbing solution and I was in pain for days. Staff equally unprofessional and will stare at you in waiting room for 5 minutes at a time. Don't recommend. I received no help.

Extremely Unprofessional staff, they refuse to give me a copy of my medical records for procedures that have already been paid for! You have to call multiple times to get in contact with anyone. Definitely not worth the trouble. Going to another Dr once i am able to get my records (which I have been trying to get for two months now).

Putting my trust in Dr. Greene was a mistake. From the pre-op appointment (which ran an hour and half late) on, Dr. Greene displayed a terrible bedside manner. Although I could tell he was an expert by his detailed explanation of the procedure, Dr. Greene was condescending and seemed to not care. I noticed the disrespectful tone in his voice when discussing if the surgery was necessary. He spoke and behaved as if he didn’t want to perform the surgery in the first place and, even after I tried to reconcile a conversation that had turned combative, Dr. Greene continued to be condescending. When I woke up after surgery, I saw Dr. Greene check on a patient across the room from me. We made eye contact and he walked right past me. The nurse then checked on me and talked with me and made sure I was feeling okay. Dr. Greene’s attitude from the beginning was sour, impolite, discourteous, and very unpleasant. This was my first surgery. And I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of care

I made a great choice with Dr Green despite the previous reviews and i am very huge on reviews. His caring attitude and courteous staff made me feel comfortable and before my surgery Dr Green showed empathy and a bedside manner that took away my nervousness and after, I felt very satisfied and healed of my health issue. For my follow-up he was very light-hearted and joked a bit which again helped to calm my nervousness, my recovery has been awesome!
