Dr. Frank was very cordial and quick to evaluate my hand. Recommended going without a splint, and begin using it as tolerated. Recommended therapy for my hand also. This two months process was made easier by him and his staff.

Went to see Dr Frank for a orthopedic referral. Upon entering the exam room, he was rough, unsympathetic and judgmental. 30+ white female that is overweight and vapes. All he did was diagnose according to my lifestyle, which I have been following medical advice from my primary. I have already lost a significant amount of weight. I have been reducing vaping. My intentions are to stop. My diet is improved. But to bluntly tell me I have the spine of a 50+ patient and to not want to do a full exam of the spine and only diagnose off of 1 x-ray is insane. No MRI. He did a rather rough exam by forcing me roughly to bend forward and backward and to the sides. Refusing to palpate where there are cyst that my primary feels may be pushing on nerve pathways, was insulting and rude. No explanations. Just told me that I have done this to myself. To do physical therapy and come back if it doesn’t improve. My advice… if they refer you to him. Ask for a different doctor.

I saw the PA. I told her about my pain and did an exam and told me that the central point of my pain was not where I said it was. Had an injection and of course I had no relief from my pain because they do not listen to the patient. Never Again!!!
