He listen! Just like Tina Turner says , Simply the Best. I would fight to be his patient. 85 year old Marine with attitude of Gunney in ' Full Metal Jacket'. Fantastic support staff. Professional and courtesy.

The office is efficient and Dr. Francis is very good at communication, has a good bedside manner. He is very thorough with eye exams and answers all questions.

Dr. Francis is very knowledgeable. He explains the condition if you have a particular eye problem. I drive 2 hours (4 total) to keep an annual appointment. I drive the long distance because I trust his expertise. Half the staff could use some friendliness training. The other half are reasonably friendly. Maybe it's because they see so many patients and are in constant burnout mode. But we need to remember that nearly everyone has some kind of problem and could use a kind word.

He is a very good physician and I have referred other people to him. He has worked with me and discovered that I had a abnormal disease that I hadn’t know before. I appreciate his caring attitude and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier.

While he is very knowledgeable, he is very quick to anger and is confrontational. I found his assistant to be spiteful and judgmental. His assistant was quite rude about potential problems. I hope she has become more empathetic in the year since my appointment. I went there to check what is causing my issues, not be judged for them not being the worst of the worst. As he is thorough once he listens, I am not yet looking for a different ophthalmologist, but it may be a concern after my next appointment. I'm too old to argue with medical professionals to get them to do their job.

Chronic dry eye (severe)), corneal abrasions happen numerous times. He caught the fact that I was low in potassium which can affect the layer that protects the brain. Has saved me & my eyes .

Dr Francis is s quack. He destroyed my eyes. Stay away from him. Please shate snd spread the word. Been suffering for eight years. A bad doctor. Alert, alert....??

Not only would I recommend Dr. Francis, but I have done so many times. He is very understanding and professional. His staff is responsible, and friendly. I have had two cataract surgeries, and can see very well, without corrective lenses.
