Absolute Nightmare - billing department
The billing department was an absolute nightmare. Make sure you clarify that you are getting a preventative service before you commit. You would think a colonoscopy would be a preventative service for a 34-year-old but they did not tell me that.

Unfriendly staff
I had no problem the first time I went there. Dr wanted me to do a follow up in 3 years. Was told to schedule my appointment. Staff would not accommodate and gave me the run around. Very unprofessional.

Had an upper endo and colonoscopy on 12/3/2020 and Dr. Farr and his team have been utterly amazing. He is kind, compassionate, and you can tell he and his team honestly care about their patients! Would recommend him to everyone including my mom and grandparents that’s how impressed I am with them.

His office staff was VERY kind. The staff at the Central Cal. Endoscopy Center were also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Farr.

My husband and I both have Dr. Charles Farr as our Gastroenterologist. He is caring, cam passionate and very thorough and accurate in his diagnosis. He listens to your chief complaint and examines you and explaines his findings and works a plan of action of the type of test his going to request and why. He is not about the money, we have HMO insurance, which pay very little and yet he order high cost scans to get to the bottom of my issue. Thank you Dr. Farr for your outstanding expertise

Dr. Farr is experienced, knowledgeable, and has a great demeanor - that is why I keep him as my physician. His office staff . . . not so much. Dr. Farr's excellence is worth tolerating the antiquated systems, sometimes rude staff, and dated waiting room.
