Kind & Smart!
I had a great experience with Dr. Cutler. I saw him for a follow-up appointment at the Cooper Discharge Clinic after staying at Cooper for over a week. He is such a kind person and really took the time to listen to me and make sure that any concerns I had were addressed and that questions I had were answered. I really enjoyed my visit with him and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cutler has my respect. He's knowledgeable, caring and thorough. The people who answer his phone, on the other hand, are cold, impersonal, abrupt to the point of being rude, and seem to refuse to answer the phone. I was on hold today for 18 minutes before I hung up. I called again and was on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up. I finally got through after 3 tries. Before Dr. Cutler joined this practice his and Dr. Ersner's staff were wonderful. The new people? Horrible.

I have been going to Dr. Charles Cutler for over 20 years now. My mother was an RN and had encountered Dr. Cutler at a facility. Of all the doctors she encountered, Dr. Cutler was the most knowledgeable and compassionate that she came across. He was the only doctor that she would trust to treat her and thus he is the only doctor I will allow to treat me. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, empathetic, compassionate and respectful to personal decisions. He is the absolute best!
