Absolute Best!
My husband has been under Dr. Croft's care for 20 years. I feel he has saved my husband's life at least twice. His knowledge and expertise is beyond reproach. His entire staff follow his lead with professionalism and compassion. And his ARNP, Jennifer K. has always made us feel like family. My husband is 85 and his heart is still pumping because of Dr. Croft. Thank you!

I would give him a 0 if I could.
My husband was having a heart attack and told he needed stents immediately. This was mid afternoon. He was not done until late evening. Doctor left without talking to us to tell how it went. Did not see doctor for two days. It turns out the stent was too short and he had to have two overlapping which can make it more likely to collapse. My husband had small arteries which also makes it more likely to fail. Needless to say it collapsed in one month. My husband is a physician and would never treat a patient like this.

I don't question his knowledge or experience. although he yelled at me during my first visit because I had trouble understanding his accent and kept asking him to repeat himself. He was more than unfriendly and made the exam very uncomfortable. The next 2 visits I saw the PA . I wasn't impressed with the PA either. They never return phone calls. The office is not very patient friendly. My last visit, my EKG and stress test results were not good per the PA ? The PA asked how I was feeling and I responded that I felt great. They recommended that I have a heart catheterization. The catheterization indicated everything was ok in spite of the EKG and stress test. Come to find out on the discharge papers from the hospital I read that I was admitted because of chest pains. That was total BS. I was admitted because of EKG and stress test results. I had the hospital correct the records. The doctor's office never called or followed up even though I called and left messages. I found a new doctor

I had great experiences recently with Dr. Croft and The Really Useful Cardiology Company!! Dr. Croft is an outstanding interventional cardiologist, very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. However, the best things about the practice are the staff and how well organized everything is. As am organizational development expert, I was particularly impressed! All the staff are great, but Michelle deserves special recognition. When I arrive at the office, she greets me by name and makes me feel so special!!

Dr. Croft is the best and he has my full confidence. Dr. Croft implanted a Pace Maker and 2 stents over 13 years ago. Since then I have led a full and active life including completive tennis at least 4 times a week. I am now 83 years old and still going strong.

Dr. Croft saved my husband's life. I know if it weren't for Dr. Croft, my husband would not be here today. He spent 8 days in ICU with a slim chance of survival after suffering Cardiogenic Shock. He was very direct and caring.

I called Dr Crofts office a week ago to talk about switching from one Cardiologist to him. At the time of that conversation I was told no problem. Just get Primary Dr to send a referral which I did. Today his office calls and says they won't take him as a patient because they don't want to step on any toes. WHAT???? I just want what's best for my husband who has had two heart attacks and he refused to see him because he doesn't want to step on any toes? People switch Doctors every day??

I seen Dr. Croft when I was a patient on the observation floor at Holmes Hospital. I had a stress test done because I was having chest discomfort and pains after the stress test he came in and told me that I needed to to have a heart catherization because I had a 60% blockage in one of my arteries. He had very poor bedside manners he was rude and arrogant I signed myself out went and got a second opinion and I did not have a blockage all you are to him is a dollar sign!!!!

Dr. Croft has been taking care of my husband and I for the past 4 years. My husband has severe heart disease and Dr. Croft & his ARNP Melissa could not be more attentive. He takes everything we say seriously, has come to the hospital even when he was not on call to keep consistency with our care. He is aggressive in his treatment approach, respects our opinions, and is always available when we need him. His office staff is TOP NOTCH. Never have to worry about anything other than healing.

Saw Dr. Croft once when I went there for an irregular heartbeat. He ordered scan and nuclear stress test. His NP called me with results. They want me to see electrophysilogist for electric problem with heart. They sent referral to dr. who doesn't take my insurance. I found out my insurance will only pay with referral from my primary. Dr. Croft's office refuses to do that; say their referral is all I need. I called specialist office. No referral received and my primary must do the referral.
