Sunday Call
I have never met Dr. Crane, but I want to give him a giant hug. He called my house on a Sunday to inform me of lab test results and to get me on a medication regimen. He knew of our upcoming trip to Europe and wanted me to feel better before I leave. Thank you, Dr. Crane. When I meet you, look out for an appreciative hug. Your help and willingness to call me on a Sunday are both deeply appreciated.

Best of the best
At 78 years old I have had a great number of doctors across many specialties in many States. I can honestly tell you that Dr. Charlie Crane is at the very top of my list of excellent medical professionals. Charlie Crain is a compassionate doctor who has treated me, my wife and my parents. He is an excellent diagnostician and caring physician.

I have a complex list of diagnoses and feel extremely grateful having Dr.Charlie Crane as a primary physician. I see most complaints are that he doesnt take new patients. There are apparently not enough internal medicine physicians in Sandpoint, with the retirement of several of his former partners. You can only stretch yourself so thin and still have time to devote to existing patients and hospital rounds. Dr. Crane has been a very valued asset to our community.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She lied to me, told me they have not taken new patients in a year. I know that to be untrue, my father started to see them a few months ago. Pretty sure this office doesn’t actually want to deal with any people with real issues. Just typical problems. Also sounds like another doctor in sandpoint who only prefers state insurance. This town needs Graduating doctors ASAP. These same old misdiagnosing, state using doctors need to go. They could care less about patients.

What has this world come to when an internal medicine doc refuses to even see a patient one time. I was refused by this office to be seen even though they accept my insurance and I have a rare diagnosis from a respected doc out of the Sandpoint area. This doc specialises in internal medicine which is who I need to see to even try to begin to get some help. Please go to doctors that actually care about patients and not Dr. Crane
