Dr. Charles Bowie, MD

Unpleasant experience. Unfortunately never met the Dr. to review him. Was greeted with Mr _____ why are you late. “Attitude heard in voice”. I said what u mean i am late my appointment was at 1:45 and it is 1:47 she says no sir as a new patient we ask you be here early to fill out new patient paperwork. She said we will still see you today but it will be after all the other people we have scheduled in here. I told here i was not aware or remembered hearing i needed to be there earlier than scheduled time and told here i was in lafayette and had to drive here. She handed me the clip board to start filling out paper work so i went sit down to start filling out paperwork so i sat down and thought for a minute and realized this may not be the place i want to be frequenting and went knock on window and she opened so i gave clip board back with paperwork not filled out and said that i am a grown my that don't need to feel like he is being grilled and punished for being late and t

I agree with the others. He has no bedside manners, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even after my procedure. Especially then! I highly do not recommend this doctor. I would drive the extra miles to go see another one. Don't waste your time. The only thing good about this man is his staff.

Horrible bedside manner and holier than thou attitude. Was very rough during exam and did not try to connect with or try to find a comfort zone with his patient. If a patient does not feel comfortable with their Dr. then nothing that Dr. can do will help the patient. It was a terrible experience and would never bring someone I love to this man!

He doesn't have any bedside manners, Very rude, I would not recommend him to anyone, , He doesn't even look at you, stays on the computer, not professional at all. the sad thing is that were stuck because of insurance purpose.it sucks. Not happy at all.

Very knowledgeable of my condition and treatment options. Takes time to share information.
