I was truly impressed with my experience from start to finish. The staff is caring, friendly, and all had great attitudes. The office was precise on taking me back on time which impressed me. The medical assistant was friendly, conducted herself as if she had known me for years, and made me feel like I had known her for years. Dr. Biediger is truly amazing. He was down to earth, friendly, and not in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them in layman terms that I could understand. We conversed about topics that didn't even pertain to my appointment which really help put me at ease, and made me feel like I was back in my small town. My follow up appointments have all been just as spectacular. In this day and age it's hard to find an office of this caliber, and I have to accredit that to Dr. Biediger. KUDOS guy's, keep up the good work it's MUCH appreciated.

Absolutely!!! I’ve seen a few other ENT specialists In the past and he stands out above all of them as the BEST! As a new patient, I was immediately put at ease and treated with utmost care.

Dr. Biediger performed a tonsillectomy on me and everything from the initial consultation to the surgery itself was excellent. I am 47 so was nervous about the horror stories I would hear about adults getting their tonsils out, but I recovered faster than expected. Highly recommend Dr. Biediger!

Dr. Biediger is a conumate professional while being a HECK OF A NICE GUY! It's as if your best friend of many years just became the top ENT in the country! I'm an actual patient and Doc B. treated me for nose/sinus issues. He performed a balloon sinuplasty for me and the whole thing was completely painless. I've seen him for hearing and balance issues as well and am convinced I'm in the best possible hands. If you need ENT services, RUN, don't walk, to Dr. Biediger's office! Suzanne Clark

If you are looking for a compassionate Doctor, someone who you can trust your family with, Dr. Biediger is your guy. And his nurse is the coolest! He has done tonsils on two of our kids, helped both my wife and I and I can't say enough about him.

Dr Biediger is the most amazing doctor ever! He takes time with you, he is compassionate, and a great listener. I have never felt rushed by him in an appointment. He has great bedside manner. He has seen my three children, my husband and myself and we all LOVE him! He is the best doctor in San Antonio! Also his nurse is amazing too!

Dr. Biediger performed sinus surgery on me some years ago, and did a great job. He's not only a full-fledged expert in his field, he's also a fine person, who takes the time to speak with you, and ensure that all of your questions are answered. In case of a true emergency, you can reach his nurse, and you will have your concerns addressed that day. I am going back for some other issues, without any hesitation. I highly recommend Dr. Biediger.
