Very Good Doctor
Meeting Dr Ballay for the first time was a great experience. He made me very comfortable and was able to determine my problem right away.Had surgery a couple of weeks later.Never had any pain.My recovery was a complete success.I would highly recommend Dr Ballay.

Lack of Genuine Concern
The assistant does not follow up on the doctor's notes in the portal, even for important test results. Dr. Ballay's communication with me was rude and disrespectful.

The best Dr EVER!
Dr Ballay treated our daughter for thyroid cancer and from the very first meeting with him, he was thorough...kind and compassionate. He went above and beyond after her surgery. Answering all of our questions, staying on top of every detail and making sure she was getting the best care possible. His whole office staff is amazing, as well. Very friendly and treat you so kind...they make you feel like family. Thank you, Dr Ballay for everything...YOU ARE THE BEST!!! The Fusilier Family

I recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Charles Ballay. From the first visit through the surgery, the staff and doctor were amazing both in the office and at West Jeff Hospital. After only a 2-day recovery I'm feeling great and am able to go about my normal life. Thank you.

Dr. Ballay is awesome. Over the years I've had many ENTs and changed to moves...boy did I luck out. The team at the office is also great. When I go I don't have to wait long and I feel well taken care of... he is patient with my nervousness and gets the job done quickly and I feel better afterwards. High recommend.

Dr. Ballay is an excellent physician. He is very thorough and takes his time to explain and advise. I have never left a survey for any doctor before, but I was so very impressed by Dr. Ballay, that I had to take the time to express my thoughts about my positive experiences with him and his entire staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ballay.

I was his patient for the 5 years he was in Texas and he was the best physician I ever had. I miss him very much. I have sinus, allergy and defective immune system problems and he understood them all. Anyone who lives in the area where he practices is extremely lucky to have him.
