patient experience not very happy with treatment
this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. this office is all about money not helping out the patients. will never recommend this office. the staff is very rude. we pay a lot for health insurance you think we can be treated better.

Not recommending
I would not recommend this doctor after attending her practice for a few years. She is actually quite pleasant although rather cold. My rating is based mostly on her incorrect dosage that I was given for years and then I found out that I got a beginning dosage. She did not listen to my symptoms or cared to remedy them. Office staff robotic and uncaring.

Gaslighting and prescribing meds
This week I needed a refill on my antidepressant she's been prescribing for years. Today she responded to her own answering service telling me she isn't the doctor who prescribes it, and further more that isn't a drug she can prescribe. What does that even mean? Has she been prescribing me drugs illegally? Has she been lying on all my medical records? Her name is literally on the empty bottle and has been for years. I now have to wean myself off the highest dose antidepressant without guidance and only two pills left. And she's the only endocrine specialist in 100 miles. I have diabetes and a heart condition and this is triggering a mental health crisis. I would very much like a resolution. She says "I'm leaving the country, call the office tomorrow" OKAY...I dont really have a choice do I.

For the past year I have been my husband caregiver, he had a series of 3 surgeries in a 9 month period, I was working full time with no days off to cover my appointments, we had to sell our home and move with our son in NC, 2 weeks after moving my husband suffered a heart attack, he contracted covid at the hospital a day after his release, working with his care a home, I also contacted covid. I been trying to get a Family Doctor and a Endocrinologist to continue treatment here, they are so behind that my appointment is on April 12th. I hope you understand my circumstances. Today, I try to explain to your MA but she was very negative and at some point rude to me, I told her that my last pill is today and must probably will have a withdraw of the medication what would I do? Call back the office? She Immediately replied "we are not your doctor anymore" at that moment I understood the conversation was over and I hang up the phone. I believe that all patients are not the same and they have specific needs, but I understand there should be way of manage this situation in a more professional way. Not with a big NO since the beginning of the conversation, rude attitude, showing discontent over the phone. Perhaps we could tele- health, send the paperwork to a local laboratory for blood withdraw, ect But at least show caring and look for alternatives in my situation, is easy to judge people without not knowing all the facts. I understand that the office has help me in that past and I'm grateful for it. But at least try to alleviate the situation. She just sent me this portal today.

Just awful
Experience has been awful. The front office could not be more useless, unprofessional and uncaring. The doctor must know that patients are treated terribly and there is little follow through.

Dr. Robertson is rude and has no problem insulting your intelligence in order to boost her own ego. She is condescending and treats her patients as though they were beneath her. I tried to give her a chance but after 3 appointments with her; enough is enough! I am looking for a new Endocrinologist.

Dr. Robertson has been my endo for 3 yrs. and I could not be more happy with the care I have received. She is very knowledgeable in her profession and is more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure my type 1 diabetes is under control. She has gone out of her way to ensure I receive the highest care one can provide. She is very straight forward and does not water down her explanations. Her office staff are just as caring and always there to help when needed. I am truly thankful to have such a caring and smart professional on my case. Hands down, you will not find a better endo!

Dr. Robertson is amazing!! So much so that my husband and mom, who went to my appt with me, are both asking their primary Dr.'s for referrals! These reviews could have kept me away from the most informational and educational visit of my diabetic journey. I am so grateful that my primary care physician was insistent that I see her. Her staff was just as friendly and accommodating. Dr. Robertson is intellectual, direct, no-nonsense, kind, patient, and informative. All of the things that truly matter when it comes to your healthcare! A Dr who walks into your room with a rose may give some the warm and fuzzies BUT I would much rather at Dr. who understands the physiological effects of my disease and is willing to spend that extra time explaining them to me. The plan I was given is aggressive BUT I am motivated after this visit to kick things into high gear. THANK YOU DR. ROBERTSON AND STAFF!! (My family thanks you as well! We all feel like we have finally found someone who understands this

Don't Bother. You will not get past the worst medical staff I've ever experienced. Showed up at 1;45 for a 2:00 appt. Faxed all paperwork 2 days before. Called my name and took me into a room for the basic height and weight. I'm 6"4" but the medical staff said I was 5"8:. After realizing they had the wrong patient, she sent me back to the waiting room and said it wasn't my turn. Rude. After 1 hour of more waiting,I was told theresa's a 30 minute delay.

I have been a patient for nearly two years. Every visit was THOROUGH and professinally conducted. If you have diabetes and are willing to manage your illness, Dr. Robertson is your best ally. She knows her stuff, she is very pragmatic, professional and reaonable. I am dumbfounded by some of the negative reviews. I rate her as one of the best doctors I have had in my 60some years on earth. With her help, I plan for another 20some...

This is the worst Doctor I've ever had. She and her entire office staff don't care about your health or well being. All she cares about is putting patients quickly on medications so that she can collect the money. I have been waiting for weeks to hear back about my thyroid ultra sound & blood work results which would let me know if I need to have my thyroid biopsied again. Unfortunately all her and her staff care about is getting more $ in their pockets than giving patients their results.

GOOD Dr. seems to know her practice, but poor professional skills. We would rush to complete all tests requested and after Doctors office was sent the results she would take a week to get back with me. Sitting and waiting a week feels like an eternity when the results could be life changing.
