Dr. Charlene Lin, MD

I had to wait 3 months for an appointment with Dr. Lin after my wonderful PCP at St. Jude moved on. I was told the long wait was because she was “very thorough.” Absolutely not true! She seemed very young and very inexperienced, didn’t ask me anything about myself and my health concerns, barely examined me, and had her eyes glued to the computer screen the whole time. Very cold, completely lacking the qualities any good PCP should have to deal with patients. I’m very disappointed, and cannot recommend this doctor.

Dr. Lin only concerns of her productivity and asks the patients to list out their concerns in advance before seeing her so that it'll be more efficient. She does NOT care of the patients' feelings at all, she cares of her own productivity that will impact her income. She should not be a doctor at all. She is now working at St. Jude Heritage Medical Group. I would recommend patients to stay away from her.

Dr. Lin doesn’t seem to be a people person. She made no effort to get to know me personally and focused on one thing that she wanted me to do, misinterpreting test result and telling me of a symptom I don’t have. All seemed to try to convince me of the correctness of her diagnosis. Her smiles were rare and seemed manufactured.

I had the feeling she would rather not see patients. She was cold!
