I felt like somebody punched me in the face
Dr Roedner told my wife she had less than a 1% of having a baby and walked out of the room much to the shock of my wife. It was terribly disheartening and discouraging and was such bad bedside manner the intern was also speechless. We have to wonder: Was it because my wife is black? Or in her thirties? We don’t know but luckily my wife disregarded Dr Roedner’s bad and inaccurate guidance and now we have a happy jolly baby(= We did try for a year, but barely even went down the fertility treatment road. PS other doctors at WakeMed have been amazing

Dr. Roedner is has a wonderful bedside manner and takes her time to ensure that you feel comfortable and informed of all your options. She is the first doctor I've had that took the time to personally call me to check in as to how I was feeling and answer questions on a upcoming surgery. She was very compassionate and very thorough. Not only did she correct one issue during surgery but also discovered an issue another surgeon had missed previously.
