The best!
We've been using Dr. Ruffin since my daughter was a baby. We swapped from another ped in the same office after a bad experience. She's always very thorough and goes the extra mile to try to figure out what's wrong. Diagnosed appendicitis almost immediately and we were in surgery within just a couple of hours. Never over prescribes medication. Office staff always friendly and helpful as well.

Very rude. She talked down to me the entire time we were in the office. My son had been sick throwing up and couching up tons of phlegm, but she acted like she could care less. She did take the time to comment on how I should be ashamed for keeping him out of school for his sickness though. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, ever.

Took my child there to address issues we were having with his feeding issues and fussiness. Did absolutely nothing except talk down to me for asking questions. In my opinion she is extremely rude, ill mannered, and needs to be in a different field.

Horrible doctor, very rude. Misdiagnosed walking pneumonia as a sinus infection.

She is externally rude and if you try to ask questions she acts as if she doesn't care. I would never let her see my children again. They need to get a better doctor in that office.
