Makes my daughter feel very comfortable. Takes her time to explain everything that she's doing.

Dr. Cha respects the children and speaks to them with high respect. Always a good experience with my crew from my 1yr old to my 15yr old.

My daughter was refused a visit due to an earache. They wont take a child with possible flu symptoms !! Although she doesn’t have the flu. Instead we were told to go next door to the urgent care where apparently the doctor’s who are not afraid of sick children are. Its a shame, we really like Dr Cha personally but when you really need your child seen, they wont take you. In my opinion if you are a Pediatrician who is afraid of seeing sick children, you are in the wrong profession!! I will be looking for a new Dr as this isnt the first incident

This Dr was fantastic with my granddaughter! She was very thorough and very professional. She took a lot if time with my granddaughter and was very patient with her. She is very knowledgeable and answered all if our questions. I can highly recommend Dr Cha.

She’s a doctor for healthy patients only. If you’re sick she won’t see you. I thought the point of a doctor was to treat the sick. She a horrible teammate sending all her patients to urgent care next door. What a team player she is. Does not care for her patients but sure does charge the insurance company to collect that check.

My girls have seen Dr. Cha through out this past year which is already difficult enough. She is located at the Heritage Medical group. She has been very understanding and professional. The kids like her and her way of explaining things to them correspond with a great pediatrician.
