front Desk receptionists are the bottom of the bottom. On two separate Occasions. Very very poor customer service. In fact- have never experienced anything like in since I’ve been in Knoxville area at a “proffesional” practice.

DISGUSTING!! Wouldn't see my kid who assigned to him, my kid was diagnosed with aketo acidosis diabetes in ICU at the same hospital where he works this doctor was made aware of my kids condition in the hospital. He refused to see him for follow up LET ME TELL U WHY.., I made an appointment earlier in the year for regular initial appt. I had to cancel which I did. So when this diabetes happend HE LIED and said we missed too many appts. Other Dr.s I told about this were appalled and disgusted!
