Dr. Chandar Bhimani, MD

I am disgusted by the actions of Dr. Bhimani. My ma has had two visits already and one on the way. The first visit (6/1) we received confirmation that my ma has stage 4 cancer. That wasn't the issue. During the first visit, the doctor suggested three tests and that'll will be done in a few weeks. The doctor's staff arranges a second meeting on 6/15 to go over the results. Herein lies the problem. During the second meeting, we were told only one of test results were received. The second test wasn't completed because of ma's medicaid insurance won't cover it. This could have been handled if we were informed prior to. The doctor then responds by saying "it's not our fault that the insurance didn't cover the test." Then he offers that he won't charge for the visit. No thanks. We didn't need favors. We need results. On Friday (7/1), we contacted his office and found out the second test that was supposed to be processed several days from 6/15 was never initialized. Our third visit is on 7/7.

Dr, is the best because he takes the time to answer all questions and explain in details for you to understand ...HE IS THE BEST

He’s an awesome doctor!!! And I’m keeping him..
