Dishonest
I went into the office to get my child cleared for surgery. I was told that this is a regular office. Didn’t sign any papers saying other wise or information that it’s counted as hospital visit. She convinced me to do blood work there instead of quest diagnostic. Then sends me a higher copay bec they claim it’s a hospital without informing there patients. No one in the office will call you bec they don’t care. Patient care very dishonest states the complaints will be handled in 7-30 business days 2 months later still no response. Go somewhere else.
