Dr. Figueroa and his PA Laura McKenna has been our Florida medical team for the past three years. The office staff is very helpful with ease of making last minute appointments. Dr. Figueroa has seen both my wife and me. When needed he has sent us out for MRIs and an ultrasound. Both individuals are caring and have our well being in mind.

We went on for a 100% covered yearly "wellness" visit . once all the associated blood work etc was complete, they called us in for the "results". All results were "normal" and consisted of a 5 second conversation with a PA. They subsequently charged us and the insurance company for a full office visit. This is both unethical and a clear "gaming" of the system. Be very careful if you MUST deal with this Dr. Cuidado con este Dr. El No Tiene ethica professional (IMHO)

My insurance company assigned Dr. Figueroa as my PCP. I scheduled an appointment and waited an hour to be seen, even though there was no one in the office. When I initially made the appointment, I asked how long I'd be there because I couldn't be late to my afternoon job. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. I missed work in the morning because I absolutely needed to carve out time to be seen and to get some important referrals for upcoming medical tests. 45 minutes after my appointment time,

I had been with Dr Figueroa for several years but finally I had enough. You see I have maintained a very small benodiazepine for mild anxiety and have always abided with my prescription guidelines . However in August my child passed away and I called the office over the weekend and left a message for the On Call Physician, who never returned my call.
