I have had a terrible time communicating with the office of Dr. Elias. Today, I was put on hold for 20 minutes during my lunch hour. I have called them numerous times about a problem, but the messagea seem to be lost. I even got in my car an drove over there to try to straighten the matter out and was told it would be taken care of. So sad that this is how patients are treated today. There are many doctors in the community. I hope I find a more caring one well at least one who will call me back!

This is the first Doctors office (primary care) I have been to in 6 years and first time I have picked a new doctor in a very long time so I didn't necessarily know what to look for. I called to schedule they were friendly and I was able to make an appointment within 2 weeks. When I arrived they quickly and kindly got me set up with paperwork and by the time I finished I was already heading back. Wasnt rushed!

I was looking for a doctor who has LATE office hours and Saturday office hours. When my insurance told me about Dr. Elias, I scheduled an appointment. I was able to get in to see her right away! She was welcoming, gentle and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Elias WILL spend time with you. She gives you advice on treatment and /or home remedies!! I JUST LOVE DR. ELIAS! Office staff is great too! I recommend Dr. Celia Elias to anyone who is looking for a wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr. Elias!
