We see a lot of doctors, and this practice - front desk, nurses, doctors, everyone - is absolute gold. We are grateful to have found Kelly Family Clinic and have already recommended them to friends!

Dr. Kelly is absolutely brilliant. I honestly haven't seen a clinic operate as smoothly and efficiently as hers does. Because of her operational processes, wait times are minimal and that allows Dr Kelly to spend quality time with her patients. I leave every appointment feeling seen and heard. I am never rushed out and it's honestly a breath of fresh air. Dr. Kelly is truly one-of-a-kind and I consider myself incredibly lucky to be cared for by her.

I am so pleased to have found this clinic. Ryan was extremely through, and took the time to ask questions, to explain everything I details, and to get to know my needs.

Dr Kelly always makes me feel comfortable and heard, and I never feel rushed. She takes her time with her patients, remembers details, and always takes time to answer questions. Her staff is also friendly and efficient. I’ve been her patient for about 10 years, and have never felt any reason to change that, despite having a traveling lifestyle now. I will always go back to Dr Kelly for my concerns and well checks.

Even if I move to Cibilo I'll continue going to Dr. Kelly because I trust her and her staff. I never feel judged only supported. Thank you all for everything y'all do.

It was my first visit and I was delighted with every interaction I had with the staff! I checked in, got weighed, saw my caregiver, had blood drawn and checked out, making another appointment. I was very well treated by everyone! And I appreciate that everyone was so kind and professional!

From being told I was “eating my feelings” to being told I was a hypochondriac and them ignoring my imaging tests that had been done while in the hospital of my thyroid nodules - I’m thankful to have gotten away from that office when I did. I always Felt belittled there and thankfully I found a doctor who LISTENS to me - they also refused to put me back on my vitamin b12 injections bc my labs were “within normal range”. 300 isn’t optimal for b12. When I discussed with them why I was leaving they then said well due to your anxiety you cancelled multiple appointments. Oh so that’s your excuse for not looking at my images? So glad to be done with them and I pray for anyone who goes to see them. I’ve heard horror stories after horror stories about this practice - just be forewarned.

Attention PILOTS: AVOID this AME. 1st time using this AME due to relocation. ATP w/current 1st Class. Lots of tricks trying to “catch me”…flipping/skipping pages in colorblind book, moving prism, & insisting entire vision charts be read starting with the “Big E.” No issues but was UNPROFESSIONAL of her. Required I strip down & wear hospital gown…waited 45 minutes & conducted a 30 minute interview in the hospital gown. WEIRD. Everything annotated “previously reported-no change” last several 1st Class Meds. Seemed unfamiliar w/ basics. Dr said she needed to “check something w/ Regional Flight Surgeon”…must return (3 hour round trip) to pick up medical next week; unable email because HIIPA. Receptionist called next day & stated Dr Kelly was deferring my medical. Adamantly will not give a reason nor discuss! Now unable to work 6+ months; possibly fired. Called back next day-no reason in chart, Dr will not discuss. 25-yr pro w/ current 1st Class & never seen such unprofessionalism. AVOID!

General practice follow up

Everyone starting from the front office staff members to Ms. Genevieve P.A. have been professional and supportive.

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful doctor! She explains everything what she’s going to do listens to you. Dr. Kelly does not rush out of the room. She listens to your needs and the staff is excellent. I would recommend her and anyone in her office!

Wish I could give this less than a star. My whole family "went" to this practice. I decided to finally move my kids over to go as well. At my son's appointment I was 3 minutes late. I had helped an older gentleman walk into a building attached to theirs, and then was stuck in construction traffic on the road out front as the light was out. 3 minutes! I got a text message when I walked in the door that "I am sorry that I missed the appointment." I was in the lobby! I went to the desk to check in, and was told by Heather that I would need to reschedule as I was late. I explained why I was late, and that I would love for my son to be seen as I took time off work and drove 1/2 hour to be there. She said "I understand, but you need to reschedule". She said this a lot. I got upset and asked her to ask Dr. Kelly to be seen. She came back 5 minutes later and said "no, she will not see you, you are late."

Set up a new patient appointment, 6 weeks was earliest available appointment. On the day of the visit I showed up 30 min prior to appointment time to fill out paperwork. I had my Driver License and Insurance Cards on my providers app. They said they could only accept physical cards and did not have a hippa approved email so I would have to go home and print (15 min each way). Half way back they called and I said I had my print outs but I would be 6 min late, they said that was too late I would have to reschedule. So even though I planned 6 weeks in advance took time off work and showed up 30 min early, because they couldn't handle digital and wanted physical copy (which I'm sure they would scan into digital for their files) they forced a reschedule. No other solutions were offered only we can't handle digital so you cannot have your planned appointment. I couldn't log into my own email there to print, no taking photos of my phone, etc. Disappointing at the least.

This was the first time I’ve seen Steven Baugher, nurse practitioner. They were able to get me in quickly. He was very thorough and answered all my questions in a clear understanding way. Very personable showing he cares about his patients. The front counter person seemed like she was having a bad day. Could be a little more compassionate. After all if a patient is there, they’re probably not having a good day either.

I called in around 8:20 am on 2/24/23 asking if I could get in to see Casey that day. They got me in at 9:15 am. I freely admit that at times I can be a big ole crybaby. This office and staff has always, always been polite and will bend over backwards to do whatever they can to help me out.

I always receive the very best service. Every one is always professional and informative about my care.

Rude and unprofessional.

My experience was very good with everyone in the clinic. The staff were very friendly and courteous and the doctor seemed very caring. I think I'm going to make this my new family doctor!

I'm new to the area and have completely new insurance (Kaiser to Blue Cross) and needed to find a new primary care physician. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me an appointment the next day. The new patient forms are available to fill out online, which saved time at check in. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Kacey, the P.A. who saw me took the time to listen to my concerns and converse with me about my health issues to work on a course of treatment. She was very professional while still being warm and approachable. Also the nurse who took my blood (I don't recall her name unfortunately) for lab tests was awesome. My veins are very difficult to draw from and she was very thorough, skilled, empathetic, and concerned with my comfort. I'm used to having to be poked several times, and sometimes having to fish around with the needle, she kept it to a minimum and I appreciated her care.
