Dr. Prophit-Graves is an excellent doctor who is highly skilled. She knows her stuff, and when she is stumped on something that is out of her specialty, she isn't afraid to refer you to someone who sub-specializes in that area. Dr. Prophit is fantastic and truly cares!!!

The bed side manners of Dr. Prophit are phenomenal! She walks you through what is going to happen with your kiddo so you know when they leave and are put under anesthesia they are in safe hands. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She’s a busy Dr. and that is understandable because she is an expert in her field and everyone wants to see her. Be patient while waiting to be seen, you will not be disappointed with her care.

Dr. Prophit is the best E.N.T. in Southwest Michigan. Her surgical expertise, compassion and dedication to her patients is outstanding. I normally dislike doctors, but Dr. Prophit goes above and beyond and she treats you like a human being. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Long waits to schedule appointments, 3-4 months, even for established patients with urgent needs. I've had to go to urgent care to get treatment instead. In addition the Dr has cancelled several of my scheduled appointments, leading to even further delays in being seen. When calling for assistance, office staff seems indifferent to patient needs.
