Dr. Cecilia Collins, MD

Extremely biased, rude and condescending. She should not be working in emergency room around patients that's already in distress. One thing a doctor should have is that they could listen she doesn't listen well. She even had the nerve to interrupt the doctor who knew what he was talking about and was trying to give me proper care she was going out her way to make sure that I didn't get to care that I needed we believe she have an issue with people of color. She didn't start being nice until she saw that I had a husband and he wasn't having any of her rude behavior. I had to go to another hospital because of her very unprofessional behavior just so I can get proper care that night. I would not recommend her to anyone and it's writing as many reviews to make people aware of doctors like her. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing .Medical Board really needs to take her license away.

I fell playing tennis at Oak Bridge and Dr Collins was summoned. She was so very kind. Identified herself and offered assistance. She evaluated the situation, immobilized my wrist and offered to call 911. I did not need that and my partner drove me to Beaches Baptist ER. I was immediately taken for X-rays ( am sure Dr. Collins called ahead). As I came out of X-rays she was there asking how I was. She reviewed the X-rays and came in my room informing me of the results. This went above and beyond the care she gave me at the courts and my daughter and were so appreciative. How fortunate I was that she was playing tennis that morning, and how fortunate Baptist Health and the community is to have such a fine doctor looking out for us.
