Horrible customer service. After waiting 40 minutes in the car i was finally put in a room only to wait a hour before i walked out. With covid -19 being put in a closed tiny office doesn't seem safe. New patients came and went as i sat and waited. Very unprofessional. Appointment was for a follow-up after hospital discharge and referral was needed plus a prescription. Yet in the time i waited none of basic needs were meet. My complaint only started here will be taken to the highest level i can reach.

The best doctor ever! I have been seen by doctor Ainolhayat for 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, genuine interested in your well being. She has helped me a lot to improve my health. Highly recommend.

She has been my Primary Care Physician since 2011 and has handled all of my medical needs. If she doesn’t know or isn’t sure, she will get you to the specialist ASAP.

Amazing Doctor, helpful, knowledgeable. She took her Time with me and My family. Didn't talk down to us. I can't say enough about the staff .

Dr. Ainolhayat has been my doctor since 2001. I am very happy with the care I receive from her. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say. Always asks lots of questions to get to the bottom of whatever is going on at the moment. As a migraine suffer, she has helped to get almost rid of them. Going from 4 or 5 a week, To very rare now.

She is way overbooked and, because of this, tends to disregard any concerns or questions I have. Also, I waited over 2 hours after my appointment time just to be seen by her, so it made it even more frustrating when she failed to address or further explore a concern I had.
