Dr. Malouf
I think Dr. Malouf is the only Dr that I stayed a patient with for the amount of time that I did I am known to see different Drs a lot. When I was under her care she helped me with job related anxiety going from a environment that I was used to to a environment that was the complete opposite & that is what most of the anxiety was about. I do not work there anymore so I do not feel that way anymore. She also helped treat me for persistent mild to moderate acne, guided me on my weight loss journey & birth control. She is professional & to the point she listens to my concerns & from looking at my medical records that I received from her today she was very thorough paid attention to detail & didn’t leave anything out. I would recommend her as a doctor to friends & acquaintances she takes excellent care of her patients.

A well-versed doctor who spends the time
Dr. Malouf listens to the patient and also carefully and thoroughly evaluates all of the medical evidence. Her direction was particularly helpful for a scary, seemingly life-threatening issue for my wife. She calmly and accurately diagnosed and prescribed for the condition and the issue was resolved as she predicted. (She even nailed the time-scale for the progress and resolution of that issue.) She has worked to carefully select specialists for a rare situation and has advocated for us with providers and insurance. We are very grateful for her attentiveness to my wife's case. The nurse and receptionist for this practice are also pleasant, informative, and helpful.

So difficult to work with
This may be the worst doctor’s office in Lubbock. It is very unprofessional and the staff is extremely rude. The front office lady vapes at the desk and there’s a dog just laying around in the office. They are always rude and never give answers to any questions. They want their money only and do not care about their patients. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible office. I have Waite for hours, 1, even 2, to see the doctor. She is slow. The staff is disfinctional—gossip, chatting, sitting around and no work. The nurses are the worst. They fired one last year. She was not doing anything, not answering calls, fighting with patients to make them give up on referral requests. I had to wait for many weeks for an urgent referral while in pain. She was fired. The new nurse started well but now she is beginning to do the same—not return calls, fight about referrals to avoid the work. I am done with them!

I am not sure how good of a doctor Dr. Malouf is but apparently parents have been going to her. The problem is not with the Dr is more with the receptionist she has! I understand that im sure the Dr has several patients but I sure do not like the way she treats my parents! She doesn't let my father speak to the doctor or does she relay the messages to her. She was suppose to contact someone for my mother but its been 2 weeks now and she cant seem to get it done! Dr. Malouf you will lose patients over the way your receptionist is talkin with your patients! If she has such a problem with having to deal with patients she has no business in your practice! It takes a person with a heart and compassion to deal with patients. She needs to realize who she is dealing with cause if she don't she needs to find another job!
