Doesn’t listen
We love our practice but somehow we were stuck with this provider; we have preferences. The provider came right in didn’t try to get to know us, we never met or seen her, she was new to the practice, and you can tell she read the history very quickly, looked at us and made judgments. Me and my husband are educated and she spoke to us like we were idiots and didn’t already have a child; we had to repeat questions several times as well as our responses to hers. We had to ask her to check the basics at the appointment. We didn’t like that she didn’t listen or make us feel comfortable; it doesn’t assist us in trusting care especially for children. You have to build a relationship, know the history and build trust with a parent before acting like a a “know it all” just because you’re a doctor.

She is wonderful and easy to understand. She always knows the best way to get what we need and my kids love her!
