I missed my annual pap/exam last year due to her long periods of absence from the office. I was scheduled, then they cancelled. Rescheduled, cancelled... Now.. this year.... looking like the same. Not very consistent or concerned with the healthcare of her patients. Sadly. In addition... Ive asked to see another provider there when scheduling and am ignored. Think its time go seek other options.

I am very upset that I have been billed for my routine mammogram because this doctor made an error and coded my routine mammogram as diagnostic instead of preventative. I have tried to get this fixed for 6 MONTHS and am getting ready to be sent to collections for a $500 bill that I DO NOT OWE. I can't get anyone at this practice to resolve this for me. They say that it is part of my deductible but I have confirmed with my insurance company that it is NOT and is 100% covered by my insurance. But still they are not helping to resolve this by having the mammogram recoded so my insurance will cover it. VERY patient unfriendly and I wish I would have never gone there. I need this billing situation fixed immediately.

The wait after appointment time was an hour and a half. I was seen for approximately 5minutes and was charged 160.00. I called to ask if they would possibly write off some of the amount the insurance would not pay because I waited so long and was seen for a short time and they refused. They don’t answer their phones and change your appointments several times. The wait time for an initial appointment to see a doctor in 6 to 10 months. I do not recommend this practice.
