Dr Rich spends a full 20-30 minutes with patients, way more than some of my past primary care physicians. She also fully listened to my concerns and knew to test for things that other doctors didn't, a benefit of being at a teaching hospital. My only reason for docking a star is because she isn't great at providing recommendations for other doctors, but that can be found easily enough online.
