Dr. Catherine Olsen, DO

This 5- star review is solely for the front office staff and Dr. Olsen. My fiance is pregnant with our second child, and we visited last month for her checkup- when I overheard a conversation that was most likely not meant for patients. I’m not a review writer- but it really just bothers me what I witnessed… and I think it should be known. The ladies at the front of the office were speaking with someone on the phone and relayed to another staff member- what the issue was regarding insurance.. the office manager -Liliana- (not 100% sure) snapped back with such force that she was being bothered with the question. When the front office staff member was inquiring in depth with the office manager- she portrayed a very sour attitude that was distasteful and just plain out rude. I’m 90% sure the patient ended up being turned away.. I just can’t wrap my mind around Dr. Olsen having an office manager that would cause her to lose patients, and treat her staff like garbage. Dr Olsen is a woman of integrity and consistency. She deserves to know how her staff is being treated when she’s not around.

She is the best, better a friend!!

She spent 5 minutes with me and most 4 was talking about covid and 1 was talking about the Olympics. She didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t read my chart. She didn’t ask me about my pregnancy or concerns. She couldn’t be bothered the whole 33 weeks before I had met her to call or email when I had issues. She cancelled many of my appointments so I had to meet with her nurses and never her. She didn’t care for me.

Dr. Olsen is above and beyond the most amazing dr/surgeon that I have ever had. I have had multiple surgeries from the top trauma dr's in Texas and none of them compares to Dr. Olsen. Her confidence in what she is doing, compassion to our patients and her down to earth personality is top notch! But to make things even better, not only is she an amazing dr, her staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable in their office. I give 10 stars to her and her staff! Attitude reflects leadership and their office absolutely ROCKS!

I can't thank her enough for delivery my first grand baby yesterday! She is awesome! Excellent doctor! Thank you Dr. Olsen for delivering our biggest blessing .. Isaiah on 5/20/20

Best doctor I’ve ever had. When I had an emergency c-section at 27 weeks at a different hospital following a high risk specialist appt on Dec. 23rd, I text her and she was in contact with the doctors to check the status of my little girl. She also drove an hour to that other hospital on Christmas Eve to check on me and my baby. This is just one of 100 other things I could tell you about how she has gone above and beyond for my family!

Dr. Olsen is the best of the best. I could not put everything into words in describing this Dr. She takes her time with you, you don’t feel rushed and you feel at ease under her care. I have told everyone I know that this is the doctor to go to. There is a wait sometimes but that is because she takes her time with each patient. Dr Olsen is the best at what she does and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Go see her! You will not regret it. :)

I've worked along side her at Presbyterian hospital for the past 5 years. I fell in love with her and decided to switch Ob/Gyn offices. She is a great physician and an even better person. She is caring and kind. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.

I MOVED HERE FROM ATLANTA AND COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO GIVE ME A GOOD REFERENCE ON THEIR DOCTOR, I LOOKED FOR A OBGYN ONLINE AND FOUND DR. OLSEN, HER REVIEWS WERE GREAT, SO I DECIDED TO GIVE HER A TRY. CAN I SAY , I LOVE HER, SHE IS DEFINITELY MY NEW OBGYN, IS HARD TO FIND A GOOD CARING DOCTOR, BUT DR OLSEN IS DEFINITELY CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER.

Dr Olsen is a beautiful soul! She was so good to us when we came to her at 30 weeks pregnant. She listened to my intuition and wants and I had a fantastic birth experience with her. She took the time to actually get to know us. She went above and beyond my expectations.

Wonderful doctor. Very thorough and great bedside manners. I love her!!
