Dr. Catherine Kelly, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Catherine Kelly for close to 20 years. When you walk into her practice, you feel like part of the family. She takes her time, you never feel rushed, and she answers all of your questions. She works with you to address all of your health concerns and goes out of her way to truly take care of her patients. I highly recommend this office, especially Dr. Kelly!

We have $0 PCP, no deductible visits as a part of our health coverage. They attempted to charge us $300+ on our first appointment. The appointment consisted of height, weight, and a questionnaire. We had to dispute with the insurance company and hang out on the phone until it was resolved. We were assured by both our insurance and the staff that this was an intro/preventive care visit and should be covered. 2 months later we were billed. Apparently one of us was 'diagnosed' even though we were not prescribed any medication, treated for anything, or even given a referral. When I called to ask they said just because it says $0 doesn't mean it will be free. What the doctor tells you and what the front office tells you will be two different things and they'll attempt to bill you any way they can. We waited 7 months for our appointments and now we have to find a new, honest PCP.

Dr. Kelly is the Hospice doctor. Regrettably, there was an error on my husband's death certificate in the physician assessment area on that document. After she was contacted by Hospice workers twice and by me once, she never responded over a period of 10 days. As a result, the death certificate remained unchanged, and to begin settling the estate, I had to proceed with the incorrect information. Hospice needs to employ a more responsive physician.

I’ve gone to Dr. Kelly for years. She has always been kind, patient and really cares about her patients.
