I’ve been a patient at this office for about 20 yrs. This office has gone terribly downhill. I can’t get an appt. to discuss x- rays that Dr. Garcia ordered! I called & left several voicemails trying to schedule an appt. & no one ever calls me back. I’m done. My hub is retiring in a year and we are moving out of the area. I guess I will deal with my autoimmune issues without her and hopefully my primary dr. can help me until we move away.

I called requesting shots for my knee pain and not only did they fit me in the very next day, but Dr Garcia is also helping me get the necessary information for the insurance company that the orthopedic surgeon needs to do the surgery. Very accommodating doctor and staff. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! She has . Staff that is rude and don’t answer the phone . Or say they called you back when they haven’t . On my second appointment , she entered the room with my blood tests , didn’t say hello , and then said she was pretty sure I had CANCER! I didn’t ! She was cold and brisk , and uncaring ! Think twice !

They rarely answer the phone. You need to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. The doctor sent me to a special lab and did not tell me they do not take insurance and I have to pay $1000 out of pocket. I went to another Rheumatologist who said those labs are useless and a waste of money.

I have two very rare conditions. Dr. Cathryn Garcia discussed my conditions in length. evidently concerned with my well being.She is leaving no stone unturned , very methodically tending to what needs to be done. to get the answers needed. She is knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I have confidence in her ability. I have interacted with her staff and they have been wonderful, returning calls in a timely manner, relating messages to the dr and scheduling appointments. They are professional, courteous & nice. ALL & All , I am very pleased

Dr Garcia seemed nice at first but she is unreachable! My condition was only getting worse but no call back and her staff is unhelpful as well. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

No dosage review, no online portal. Difficult to leave messages, could not understand messages. Phone system poor.

Awful. No call back after 4 calls and a month has gone by. 6 months prior I had concerns on my blood work that were not brought to my attention. I had to read them and compare to the latest bloodwork myself. Still no explanation for the results or call back. They should be ashamed to call themselves doctors.

I like Dr. Garcia but HATE her staff. You can't get an appointment, call back, talk to a person, or any other help. So her secretary basically makes her completely ineffective.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! There is a reason Dr. Garcia can see new patients right away. Not only will she have a diagnosis before any test results come in, but when they do, she will ask you to read them to her. She prescribed a medication and forgot why on the next visit. She's aloof, condescending, explains basic things over and over again like she's talking to a child and, most infuriating of all, recommends expensive ongoing treatments before exploring basic, common alternatives. To be honest, I believe she's more interested in generating recurring revenue than she is at treating my condition. Also, it's very odd, the office staff all have "Secretary of" in their titles like it's 1952 there. Oh, and you will get a "Patient Compliance Contract"...if you don't sign off on that...your prescriptions will get suspended. THIS IS A PASS. TRIED LEAVING NO STARS IN MY REVIEW BUT REQUIRED TO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE...

I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia's for almost two years. She is very thorough, spends lots of time with you, explains well where your treatment is going and what best suits your particular issue.

Bad , Stay Away!!!!! Absolutely horrible, Dr. Garcia herself is fine but now I am left without a Rheumatologist because of her unorganized and unprofessional staff. They will set up appointments with you and then not send appointment reminders and try to charge you a fee if you don't remember and don't make it. I was 15 mins late to a appointment and Dr. Garcia left before I arrive and Tameka informed me that this is considered no show and I must pay a fee. The office never answers the phone or

I have found Dr. Garcia to be personable, professional, and very thorough in her examinations and advice. All I can say to anyone who finds her otherwise - there has to be a reason. I find her sweet and caring.

The staff at Dr. Greers office is great and for the most part the other doctors are great . Unfortunately Dr. Garcia interpersonal skills lack and has a very arrogant condescending attitude. When asked questions is abrupt and acts like your wasting her time. She would make a great work mans comp Doctor . Save time,money and aggravation go someplace else.
