Dr. Catherine Frank, MD

Excellent physician. I found Dr Frank to be extremely thorough. She is a seasoned professional. My last visit was punctual.

Wait times are terrible, even in the morning. They tell you to there 15 min. early. Why so I can sit in the waiting room for 1/2 to an hour. Then taken to a room where you wait just as long. Too many patients. If it takes almost a year to be able to get in to get well woman done, do I need to schedule a year and a half in advance? Doctor really doesn't listen the way I would expect a doctor to listen.

The visit was excellent. Dr. Frank is caring and attention to details was very good. The reason for the 3-Stars was her office staff/PA lack of attention to responding to emails. I really do not care if the office is transitioning to a new portal. The portal has flaws that Orlando Health is aware of, but has not addressed. As a result, no one read or responded to emails. in a timely manner. No credible apology that was worth reading. While I would recommend this doctor, I would seriously think twice about her staff (in general).

Dr. Frank has been my doctor for over two years and during that time, I've been extremely pleased with the care she provides. From my experience, you'll be hard pressed to find a doctor who's as good a listener, who's concerned with your health, and doesn't rush your appointment.

Very caring and most importantly thorough! Office clean and organized and basically a one stop shop! I love Dr Frank and her staff!
