I have been treated by Dr. Fitzmorris for several years now. She is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, professional and informative. I am a nurse and I am very impressed by the care she gives to her patients. The office is busy but the staff work as a team, are friendly and have a good rhythm getting your visit completed in a timely, efficient, manner. Dr. Fitzmorris is the best! Don't hesitate to make your appointment. You will feel secure placing your eyes in her care. You won't be dissappointed.

I was not impressed with this place nor the surgery center. You are shuffled from room to room and even across the hall to another office entirely to have different gadgets used to access your eyes. The surgery center is like a bee hive with a crew of somber, unfriendly and unprofessional women who seem not care much about the patient's best interest, they are just doing their jobs. One even tried to throw something across a distance into a trash bin, missed and it hit me in the head. Dr. Fitzmorris is so busy and talks so fast I had a problem trying to decide if she was talking to me or her assistant during the exam. When I went for a checkup and brought a relative, she spent most all the time explaining info directly to my relative and not to me, the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fitzmorris for several years. She was recommended to me by my neighbor, who has seen her for many years. Professionalism is definitely evident in her treatment procedures. I was very impressed. I have recommended her to many of my friends for their ophthalmological needs.

Dr. Fitzmorris is simply the best a person can find in a doctor. She combines whip-smart use of the technology of her specialization with up-to-date knowledge of general medicine--then solves issues with a heavy dose of pure, pure wisdom. I saw her because I feared cataracts. Yes, I had eye problems. Yes, she pointed out, I took medications that contributed to visual problems. But she asked about whether I had a ceiling fan; she asked if I stayed well hydrated. No surgery for me! Yes!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fitzmorris for quite a few years.. I must say that I am very pleased with the professional and caring treatment that we have always received in her office. Her staff both the nurses and the clerical staff are always pleasant and efficient in taking care of us. I especially appreciate that Dr Fitzmorris goes the extra mile in not only treatment of the condition but compassion for our concerns, something I consider an attribute of a wonderful doctor

The average wait time is several hours; then you walk out with a prescription that is all wrong. Dr. Fitzmorris gave my daughter reading glasses when she went in for problems with nighttime distance vision. She did a reexam and after 30 minutes of apologizing and trying to defend it, she told us to come back for a third try for her to get it right the next day when my daughter's eyes were "more tired"!?? She also messed up my husband's prescription. HORRIBLE

1) The staff is rude 2)my appointment was for 3:15 but I was not seen until 5:30 3) Dr.fitzmorris rushed through the little time we had together and was reluctant to answer the few questions I had 4) the doctor did not take time to explain a newly diagnosed condition 5) I was asked to sign documents even though I could not read anything since my eyes were dilated
