Rude, In and out like you mean nothing, no bedside manor what so ever. Talked down to me as a patient and walked out during our visit because I was pressing her on whether certain types of birth control were more effective for PCOS. She walked out of the room and said “I’m not continuing this conversation with you” and never came back or told me how to check out. Extremely unprofessional. Not someone who cares about you more than just doing an annual check up and getting paid.

I was with TW to deliver my 2nd child. I went in because I felt off at 37 weekends pregnant. My BP was high and so I was told to go lay down and have a recheck in 10 minutes. Another BP check was done and in walks a NP saying “you’re not going home today. You need to go downstairs and get registered.” I was given no explanation of why and she was frustrated that I needed to make calls to my husband to prepare our 4 year old and call my parents to get them on the road to watch him. Once I got downstairs, everything went horribly wrong. In spite of the horrendous hospital care, surely my on call OB would be good? It was Dr. Case. It was Christmas Eve and her birthday and she was very obvious she didn’t want to be there. Her behavior was truly horrific, she was aggressive and my doula nearly quit over my experience. I don’t want to leave out how after 24 hours of advocating for myself, I opted Into a csection, felt every bit of it and nearly died. Even then, Case had zero bedside. AVOID!

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was in and out of the room before I could blink, did not answer any of my questions, and made me feel like a waste of her precious time. I left in tears

I have seen Dr Case for many years and she has always treated me with excellent care. Her bedside manner is outstanding and she is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and always makes me feel like she knows me even though I usually only see her once a year! I never feel she is rushed or rushes me and appreciate not only the wonderful medical care she has provided, but also am grateful for her kindness and efforts to know me & my situation personally.

I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Case came in and made me feel welcome. Dr. Case seem very interested in what I had to say and even very detailed in explaining different things to me. Dr. Case was very confident and willing to help.
