Dr. Catherine Benbow, DO

Dr Benbow listened and seemed to really care about me as a person, not just a patient. She was thorough and very friendly.

I have seen Dr Benbow three times now and find her to be friendly, capable, professional and caring. I recommend Dr Benbow to my wife when she was needing a Doctor. I am very happy with the care I have received.

I love Dr. Benbow! She takes time to listen to what I have to say, & genuinely cares. I have never felt rushed when trying to describe symptoms, & she always follows up with me. Once when I had a serious test run, she called me from home on a Friday to tell me the results had come back negative, just so I wouldn't worry about them all weekend. Very impressive! Also, after visiting her office one time, I saw her somewhere else & she remembered me. We talked for several minutes. Again, impressive!

I've been to Dr. Benbow twice now, and I'm not impressed with her lack of concern. She acts as if she is only there for the paycheck. She doesn't follow-up very well, or give you good info on test that she had you take. She doesn't seem confident in what she tells you. I left with more her office with more questions than answers. I'm looking currently for a new doctor, but its hard to find a good one around in branson.

I was extremely disappointed in my care received by Dr. Benbow. And I use the term "care" lightly. I did not feel as though she listened to my concerns and I definitely don't feel as if she cared. I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I revisited her a few months later with the same concerns and again left her office feeling so defeated and upset. I will be finding another doctor.

I was severely disappointed in the level of care I received from Dr. Benbow and the personnel in the clinic. I didn't feel that she listened to my concerns or was receptive to me at all. She offered me no legitimate health advice and the she filed my appointment incorrectly with billing and I was charged in correctly. I did not feel that she was the least bit competent and I will not be returning to her for care. Unfortunately I will be seeking a different facility for my primary care.
