Dr. was thorough, maybe too thorough...she tends to like to over test everything, and I've had several errors in my referrals. She ordered a stat diagnostic mammo, when I've been cleared to only get a normal screening, so I had to pay the extra money, and even the people at the imaging office were amazed and thought it was overkill. She would be a good doctor for a hypochondriac, and also I am put off as now this office is owned by a company that only cares about the bottom line, so they try to keep running it in a way to make money, and so in that front, I've also lost my trust of the front office. One of the front office ladies was also rude too. Back to the mammo, there was so much drama with it and confusion simply because she didn't follow the radiologist's instructions from my last mammo. I wasted so much time! I do feel she doesn't read the charts fully but just books tests without thought. I had diagnostic test of $500; but radiologist wanted a screen which costs $0

This has to be the most poorly managed office I've ever experienced. I was sent to an imaging center for what was supposed to be a CT Scan OF THE CHEST for an ASCENDING aneurysm of the aorta. When I arrived at the imaging center, it was only AFTER I had used my insurance and entered the imaging room I found out the doctor or someone in this office sent an order for an ULTRASOUND on my abdomen for an analysis of a DESCENDING aorta. Seriously?? My chart indicates I've had this (thoracic) aneurysm checked annually since 2018 and they send me for an ultrasound of my abdomen?? What a waste of time and money. And I've been trying to call and message the office for two days with no response. Same answering service placing you on hold when, they too, cannot reach anyone at the office. On a brighter note, I found out I'm not a pregnant man thanks to to the ultrasound I had to pay for.

She doesn't listen to patients. This doctor isn't thorough, caring, or compassionate, and doesn't seem knowledgeable beyond what she reads on her laptop. She does not engage with patients. I'm completely unimpressed.

She looked at my charts and determined that the mix of blood medicine, prescribed from my previous Doctor was causing the problem I was there for. She changed my medicine and gave me some other medicines to help get the problem out of my system. She is very direct, which I like, if your a sensitive person I'm sorry she will tell it like it is. Awesome!! Thanks Doc!!!

Unprofessional, condescending. Talks about the patient as if they weren’t right there in the room. Questions patients intelligence. Called the octogenarian patient “lazy.” She needs a personality transplant.
