Cordial and A Great Foot Doctor.
I met her today at Upstate Foot Care and she trimmed my toenails . Dr Pike is very cordial and its easy to see she has lots of compassion . I am now elderly and have been through a touch road medically and she noticed i now have one leg shorter . I was given some shoe inserts . Im happy i met her and I would defintely recommend her !

I really like Dr. Pike. She's down to earth, kind and understanding. For that reason I continue to go to her. Sadly I don't always feel the same way with the staff and have gone out of my way to be kind and smile, say hello, ask how their day is going, etc. I know people have bad days at work but just once it would be nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile and hello and not tell me I haven't paid my co-insurance (despite not having yet receive a bill). For whatever reason someone isn't doing their job in making the staff feel like they are worth being there. Sorry, just a view walking in.

I really liked Dr. Pike, she seemed very knowledgeable. However, the office staff are extremely rude & unhelpful. I've been in their office 4 times and each time I witnessed patients having disagreements w/ the ladies in reception. I had a question about my bill & it took me 5 separate calls to finally get an answer. I was ultimately informed that a procedure that I thought would cost ~$350, was going to cost double. Follow ups, the first of which took <5 minutes were not included.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pike for years. The issues I have seen her for have been uncomplicated despite requiring minor surgery. Although several years have gone by without needing to see her again until just recently, Dr. Pike greets me with friendly familiarity . While her demeanor is always professional, she is easy to talk with and, when I am wrong about my condition, she corrects me without being insulting or patronizing. I highly recommend Dr. Pike and her staff!

I had a Saturday morning ingrown toenail procedure and by the next night I was in unbearable pain so I called the provided after hours number and promptly reached Dr. Pike. She gave some suggestions to try and help but it helped very little. At 9:00 pm on Sunday we didn't think there was a pharmacy open but Dr. Pike called around till she found one THEN offered to drive 20+ minutes to meet me there because she can't call in pain meds. Great Doctor and absolutely amazing woman for her effort!

She was very nice. Took time and explained things to me. Very happy with the visit. I was very unhappy that the office DID NOT ANSWER the phone. I was lost and was trying to call and they do not answer the phone number. I even called the phone number right at the front desk and the phone did not ring there. I don't understand this at all.
