This is a younger podiatrist taking over a well-established practice of a retiree. The front-office employees do not seem to be trained well, and can be rude and curt. I had to WAIT IN PAIN FOR OVER A MONTH FOR AN APPOINTMENT! The day of my appointment, I ran into several blocks of surrounding street construction, and immediately called their office from my cell phone to alert them. However, upon my arrival I WAS REFUSED BY THE FRONT DESK = 6 MIN LATE. So, I went elsewhere, fast. Good riddance!

I went to Dr. Papak on a recommendation from a friend and have received excellent care. The ease of scheduling and the manner in which patients are handled is very good. I have no criticism at all of this office or of Dr. Papak.
