Dr. Cassandra Liu, MD

Dr.Liu walks on water, as far as I am concerned. She is intelligent, caring, sincere, friendly, informative and thorough. She always has a smile on her face. I wrote through the portal at 5 pm - she answered at 3:43 AM with more info at 9:AM the next morning! Another time, I was in a 'self-created crisis' situation, left a message at the front desk, asking that they get the message to her ASAP. She fit me in, did some tests and scheduled the tests I needed before we left her office. She called that night with the test results and resolved the problem. She is more of a blessing than any other doctor I have ever seen, and her staff is friendly and efficient. We are not sure how we were lucky enough to become her patients, but we count her among our blessings. She is everything you want a doctor to be but never thought you could find. Dr. Liu is truly a perfect doctor.

Dr. Liu is excellent. I have been seeing her for several years and she has helped me tremendously. Dr. Liu listens, cares, provides relief and when she is there you feel that you have 100% of her attention. She ensures that she helps you with what is wrong at the time and if needed she will help you find a specialist and yet she stiil keeps track of all that is going on with you and the specialist. When you contact her on the portal she always addresses quickly. Our last visit with Dr. Liu was a telemed visit to go over recent lab work. Dr. Liu never rushes us and always answers any of our medical questions. She refers and recommends whatever is needed as a result of any medical issues we might have.

Dr. Liu always takes time to understand any concerns of mine. I appreciate her advise on ongoing issues and she's supportive of any progress.

She is nice and patient, think about everything for you, and very efficient to Complete all jobs that need to be done before dead line.
